• We accept returns for store credit ONLY.
• Returns must be initiated within 14 days of the delivery or purchase. 
• The item(s) must be unused, unworn, and in their original condition with the tags intact.
• All sale items and accessories are final sale and cannot be returned.

Return Process:

• Contact us at valoraboutique@yahoo.com to initiate your return. Please provide your order number and the reason for the return. 
• Package the items securely.
• Ship the item(s) address that is provided in the email. 
• Once we recieved the returned item(s), we will issue you store credit for the value of the items(s).

Important notes:

• Shipping costs are non-refundable.
• Store credit does not expire and can be used at any time.
